When I arrived to the service area, I was happily greeted and then introduced to my service agent, Mario Palomba. Mario was very polite and professional, as he went over the details of what my service requests would entail. He asked if I had any questions about anything, and provided me a loaner car in which he showed me how to operate and made sure I felt comfortable before I left. Mario kept me informed of everything with my vehicle through text and documents, and I was very appreciative of his work as well as the mechanics who worked on my vehicle. Alexander MoschelJust got a 2017 honda accord sport manual through them today. Test drove it two days ago really liked how it drove which was straight as an arrow. I then took it back to dealership after checking the oil and other fluids and driving it through town on the highway and even some country driving. Denise was super nice from the start. Didn't feel in any type of way my business wasnt as good as somebody who comes in to buy a new lexus. Then paid for a deposit that evening before heading to work. Went in after work and a few hours of sleep and finished paying for the rest of the car. I was super impressed with just the kindness and true caring nature of not just Denise but Brianna too who helped take my payment and helped me get through the paperwork and couldn't recommend doing business here more if they have a vehicle your looking for. Thank you again for the great service! Oh and almost forgot to mention they even dropped the car off for me while I was working at my house 30 minutes from the dealership.i was so grateful for that and was even blessed with a full tank of gas waiting for me as a cherry on top.
