I set up an appointment online for a maintenance service, and requested a loaner car. When I arrived to the service area, I was happily greeted and then introduced to my service agent, Mario Palomba. Mario was very polite and professional, as he went over the details of what my service requests would entail. He asked if I had any questions about anything, and provided me a loaner car in which he showed me how to operate and made sure I felt comfortable before I left. Mario kept me informed of everything with my vehicle through text and documents, and I was very appreciative of his work as well as the mechanics who worked on my vehicle. I definitely recommend Mario as well as Lexus of Toledo if you want detailed and professional service!

Very happy with our experience working with Jason Kehoe. Price was right, did everything I needed in terms of inspecting and running the truck through its paces. Accommodating no pressure purchasing experience. We were from out of state so final paperwork took a little longer but experience easily 5 star overall. Just got a 2017 honda accord sport manual through them today. Test drove it two days ago really liked how it drove which was straight as an arrow. I then took it back to dealership after checking the oil and other fluids and driving it through town on the highway and even some country driving. Denise was super nice from the start. Didn't feel in any type of way my business wasnt as good as somebody who comes in to buy a new lexus. Then paid for a deposit that evening before heading to work. Went in after work and a few hours of sleep and finished paying for the rest of the car. I was super impressed with just the kindness and true caring nature of not just Denise but Brianna too who helped take my payment and helped me get through the paperwork and couldn't recommend doing business here more if they have a vehicle your looking for. Thank you again for the great service! Oh and almost forgot to mention they even dropped the car off for me while I was working at my house 30 minutes from the dealership.i was so grateful for that and was even blessed with a full tank of gas waiting for me as a cherry on top. Thank you all omcw again for the great car buying experience.

We recently bought a 22 lexus from Jessica at Jim White. We drove nearly 2 hours to purchase the car. It was in great shape and the process to buy was seamless. After a week of owning the car, we discovered the rear cargo door was having trouble working correctly. We took it in to our local dealer at the discovered a minor repair was done on the bumper and it was not installed back correctly causing some of the wires to be pinched or sensors not plugged back in. This was subbed out by Jim white, so they are not to blame for the poor reinstall. Regardless, after contacting them, they promptly agreed to reimburse us for the labor cost to fix these issues. Jessica was great about making this happen in a timely manner and with providing us with updates on the status of the reimbursement. I would provide a 5 star review otherwise, but because of the inconvenience and hassle with not having a car for several days and it not being disclosed that a repair was done at purchase, I believe it merits 4 stars. I would not hesitate, however, to recommend them or to buy from them again in the future.
