Purpose
When you push the brake pedal in your Lexus RX 350, TX 350, or IS 250, a series of mechanical components causes the calipers to squeeze against the rotors in each wheel. Also, after your car has been parked for a while, check underneath the vehicle for any fluid leaks. If your supply is escaping the lines, it will usually present itself as a clear or yellow liquid, often with an oily texture.
Getting Service

“ We recently bought a 22 lexus from Jessica at Jim White. We drove nearly 2 hours to purchase the car. It was in great shape and the process to buy was seamless. After a week of owning the car, we discovered the rear cargo door was having trouble working correctly. We took it in to our local dealer at the discovered a minor repair was done on the bumper and it was not installed back correctly causing some of the wires to be pinched or sensors not plugged back in. This was subbed out by Jim white, so they are not to blame for the poor reinstall. Regardless, after contacting them, they promptly agreed to reimburse us for the labor cost to fix these issues. Jessica was great about making this happen in a timely manner and with providing us with updates on the status of the reimbursement. I would provide a 5 star review otherwise, but because of the inconvenience and hassle with not having a car for several days and it not being disclosed that a repair was done at purchase, I believe it merits 4 stars. I would not hesitate, however, to recommend them or to buy from them again in the future. ”
