“ Just got a 2017 honda accord sport manual through them today. Test drove it two days ago really liked how it drove which was straight as an arrow. I then took it back to dealership after checking the oil and other fluids and driving it through town on the highway and even some country driving. Denise was super nice from the start. “ We recently bought a 22 lexus from Jessica at Jim White. We drove nearly 2 hours to purchase the car. It was in great shape and the process to buy was seamless. After a week of owning the car, we discovered the rear cargo door was having trouble working correctly. We took it in to our local dealer at the discovered a minor repair was done on the bumper and it was not installed back correctly causing some of the wires to be pinched or sensors not plugged back in. This was subbed out by Jim white, so they are not to blame for the poor reinstall. Regardless, after contacting them, they promptly agreed to reimburse us for the labor cost to fix these issues. Jessica was great about making this happen in a timely manner and with providing us with updates on the status of the reimbursement. I would provide a 5 star review otherwise, but because of the inconvenience and hassle with not having a car for several days and it not being disclosed that a repair was done at purchase, I believe it merits 4 stars. I would not hesitate, however, to recommend them or to buy from them again in the future. ”
