All returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were originally received. Damaged parts must be reported to us on the day of delivery, or they will not be considered for credit. Parts that have been prepped, painted, sanded, primed, or installed are not eligible for credit. All cores containing fluids must be drained of all fluids and returned in their original box or container with fluid plugs secured. Manufacturer’s core return forms must be filled out completely prior to driver pickup, or credit will not be issued. Damaged cores are not eligible for credit. There is a 30 day limit on all returns; any part returned after this period will be subject to restocking fees and manager approval.
